About Business aid — Real humans, not an agency

We work across three layers at once: applications (WordPress, OpenCart, Drupal), servers and control panels (Linux, CyberPanel, cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk), and the hosting layer above (Cloudflare, DNS, hosted email, cloud providers).

Most agencies pick one layer and outsource the rest. That’s where they lose two days troubleshooting and you get billed for the lost time. We work all three.

What we actually do

Six things, in order of how often clients arrive needing them.

Restoration — Sites that are hacked, broken after a botched update, missing files, or stuck on a host that went dark.
Security — Audits, hardening, WAF tuning, monitoring. The boring work that prevents the emergencies above.
Integrations — APIs, CRMs, payment gateways, marketplaces. Plumbing between your site and the rest of your business.
Mail — Deliverability fixes, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, transactional email setup, migrations to or from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
AI — Chatbots, content generation, automation workflows. Real integrations into the systems you already run, not standalone gadgets.
Support retainers — For teams that want someone watching their stack month-to-month instead of calling us in panic.

What we don't do

Saying yes to everything wastes both our time and yours. The honest list.

Brand or marketing design from scratch. Hire a designer first; we'll integrate with whatever you give us.
Paid-ads campaigns. Adjacent skill, different discipline; we'd be worse at it than someone who only does that.
Mobile apps from zero. We integrate with them, write the backend services, but we're not iOS/Android specialists.
Engagements where the scope is 'build the whole platform and figure it out as we go.' We work in defined slices.

How we work

Audit first — Most jobs start with us looking at what you actually have versus what you think you have. The gap is usually the source of the problem.
Fixed scope where possible — Hourly only when the work is inherently investigative — a hacked server, an inherited mess.
Staging when we can, production when we must — If your site is bleeding revenue we don't slow you down setting up a copy.
Documented hand-offs — Every engagement ends with a short write-up of what we changed and why. You can hire someone else next month and they'll know what we did.
No retainer lock-in — Month-to-month if you want ongoing support. No 12-month contracts.

Who runs this

Business aid is run by PryVit, a small studio building and supporting CMS-based sites since 2014. We run the servers that host this site, plus a few dozen others across Hetzner, DigitalOcean, and AWS Lightsail.

We’re not subcontractors fronting for someone else — when you write in, the reply comes from the person who’ll do the work.

Where we work

English-speaking clients worldwide. Most projects run async over email or chat, with a kick-off call when scope is non-trivial.

We bill in USD, with EUR or GBP available on request. Invoices through Stripe, Wise, or bank wire.
