We set it up for you, move your old mail across with nothing lost, and fix the records that keep business email out of spam. From $190, done in 2-3 days.
Every guide for setting up Google Workspace email is a tutorial: sign up, verify the domain, add the MX records, done. They all skip the two parts that actually go wrong. The first is migration, getting years of existing mail, contacts, and calendars across without losing anything or breaking the address mid-week. The second is deliverability: the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records that decide whether your mail lands in the inbox or the spam folder.
That second one is why so many freshly set-up business addresses get ignored. The tutorial gets you sending, but half your mail quietly goes to spam because the authentication records are missing or wrong. By the time you notice, you’ve already lost replies.
We do the whole thing for you, on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and we get the boring records right so your email is actually trusted.
We create the accounts, connect your domain, verify ownership, and add the MX records so mail flows. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, whichever fits how you already work.
We move existing email, contacts, and calendars from your old provider, Gmail, Outlook, cPanel mail, or an old host, with no gap in service and nothing left behind. You keep your history.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured properly, so receiving servers trust your mail and it lands in inboxes. This is the step that keeps a new domain out of the spam folder, and the one DIY guides leave out.
Anyone can get email sending in an afternoon. The migration and the authentication records are where time gets lost and replies go missing, which is exactly the part we own.
One fixed-scope job that gets you from "we just bought the domain" to "the whole team is on business email that works." Workspace or Microsoft 365, your call, and we'll advise if you're unsure.
You end up with email that works on every device and the evidence that it's authenticated properly, plus the notes to manage it yourself afterwards.
Every mailbox live, mail flowing on all devices, old history migrated and searchable. No gap between the old system and the new one.
Proof that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC pass, with a test send showing you're landing in the inbox and not the spam folder.
Every record we added, written down, so you or your IT person know exactly what's set and why.
How to add a user, reset a password, and read a bounce, so day-to-day admin doesn't need us.
We plan the cutover around your working hours so mail keeps flowing the whole way through. No weekend with a dead inbox.
We pick the plan, create the accounts, and set up the domain and users while your old mail keeps running untouched.
Day 1We move mail, contacts, and calendars across, then set SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and let DNS propagate.
Day 1-2We flip the MX records, confirm delivery both ways, run the deliverability test, and set up your devices.
Day 2-3Setup starts at $190 for a single domain with up to three mailboxes: accounts, domain, MX, and full SPF/DKIM/DMARC. Setup plus migration of your existing mail is $390 and covers moving history across from the old provider for the whole team.
Workspace and Microsoft 365 licences are paid to Google or Microsoft directly, around $6-7 per user per month; we don’t mark them up. We quote the setup fee before we start.
If your email already exists but lands in spam or gets bounced, you may not need a full setup, just the authentication fixed. We’ll audit the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and put it right; if that’s all it needs, it’s well under the setup price. Tell us what’s happening and we’ll quote the actual fix.
This is the hosted-email side of our email deliverability services. If you’d rather run your own mail server than pay per mailbox, the self-hosted route, Postfix with the same SPF/DKIM/DMARC discipline, is covered in mail setup on a Linux server. To see everything we do around Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including ongoing admin, start at the hosted email overview. And if your real problem is that your domain’s mail keeps getting spoofed or blocklisted, that overlaps with our website security services.
When senders on Workspace or 365 keep failing authentication, our one-time deliverability fix gets SPF, DKIM and DMARC passing together. On WordPress specifically, start with our WordPress transactional email setup.
Not sure what these records do? We explain email authentication in plain English first.
We'll triage the same day. Send context, screenshots, error messages — whatever you have. No sales calls, no chatbots.
