We set up Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for businesses: domain, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and a clean migration with no lost mail. Fixed price from $190, most done in 2-3 days.
A Google Workspace setup looks like a ten-minute wizard until your email starts landing in spam, or the old mailboxes don’t come across, or calendar invites break for half the company. The wizard handles the easy 80%. The 20% it skips, DNS records and migration, is the part that decides whether email actually works on Monday morning. We do the whole thing: Workspace or Microsoft 365, domain verification, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and a mailbox migration that doesn’t drop messages.
We don’t resell licenses and we don’t lock you into a contract. You own the account and pay Google or Microsoft directly. We configure it, move you onto it, and hand over the admin console with a short runbook, so your team isn’t calling us every time someone joins or leaves.
The setup wizard covers the obvious parts. These are the ones that cause support tickets when they get skipped.
Verify the domain and point MX records at Google or Microsoft, then confirm mail flows both ways before we touch anything else.
Authenticate your domain so mail isn't treated as spam. We start DMARC in monitoring mode, read the reports, then tighten the policy once nothing legitimate is failing.
Move existing mailboxes, contacts, and calendars off the old host. It runs in the background, and we cut over only once the new mailboxes are verified complete.
Set up aliases, shared inboxes, and distribution groups to match your org chart instead of leaving everyone on a personal mailbox.
Enforce 2FA, separate admin roles from daily users, and hand over a runbook so adding or removing people doesn't need a call to us.
Most businesses don’t want a comparison essay, they want a recommendation. If your team lives in Docs and Meet, Google Workspace is usually the cleaner fit. If you’re tied to Excel macros, Teams, or desktop Outlook, Microsoft 365 wins. We ask three or four questions and tell you which one to buy. No fence-sitting.
Some providers bundle the license into a monthly fee so you can never leave. We don’t. You buy directly from Google or Microsoft, you own the account, and if you ever want to manage it yourself, everything is documented. We make our money on the setup and migration, not on renting you software.
Call us when you’re moving off a free or cPanel mailbox onto a real business account and can’t afford to lose mail in the move. When your messages keep landing in spam and someone has told you it’s a “DMARC problem” without actually fixing it. Or when you’ve outgrown a personal Gmail and need shared inboxes, aliases, and proper admin control. If you only need one mailbox added to an account that already works, you can do that yourself in five minutes, and we’ll say so rather than bill you for it.
Hosted email sits in the hosting layer of what we do. When the problem is specifically deliverability, our mail server SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup goes deeper on self-hosted mail. For the wider picture, see our email and deliverability services hub. And if you’re changing hosts at the same time, we can fold the email cutover into a hosting migration so nothing falls through the gap.
