How it runs
We clone your site to staging first and do the entire upgrade there, so your live site stays up while we work. We run the module audit early because that’s where the surprises live. An abandoned module with no successor can change the plan, and we’d rather find it on day one than day four. Once staging is stable and you’ve checked it, we schedule the cutover for a quiet hour and keep the old version ready to roll back to until you’re happy.
