We keep existing Drupal sites running: security patches, the Drupal 7 and 9 upgrade path, and break-fix when something snaps. Fixed quotes, most fixes inside a day.
Most Drupal support services are built for enterprises with a six-figure site and a procurement team. We are not that. We keep working Drupal sites running for businesses that inherited one, or built on it years ago and now just need it patched, upgraded, and fixed when it breaks. If you are on Drupal 7, which hit end of life in January 2025, or stuck part-way through a 9-to-10 jump, that is the most common reason people call us.
We work the server underneath the site too. So when a Drupal problem turns out to be a PHP version or a database issue, we fix it at that layer instead of telling you to go ask your host. And we will tell you honestly when Drupal is not the right tool for whatever you are building next.
Drupal support requests cluster around a few predictable problems. These are the ones we see most.
Drupal 7 lost official support in January 2025. We migrate the content and structure onto Drupal 10 or 11, or onto a different CMS if that suits you better, without losing your URLs.
A 9-to-10 jump that broke a contrib module and got abandoned is a classic. We sort the module compatibility, patch what needs patching, and get you current.
White screen, a failed update, database errors, views that stopped rendering. We find the cause and restore the site, usually within a day.
Drupal is quick when it is configured right. We tune caching, the database, and asset aggregation instead of throwing a bigger server at the problem.
Drupal 7 reached end of life in January 2025. No more official security fixes. If you are still on it, you are running a public site that won’t get patched when the next vulnerability lands. That is not a reason to panic, but it is a reason to have a plan. We will lay out the upgrade or migration path and what it costs before you commit to anything.
If you are starting fresh, Drupal is often the wrong choice for a small business site, and we will say so. What we do well is keep existing Drupal sites healthy and move people off Drupal when that makes more sense. For a brand-new build we will point you at a platform that costs less to run.
Call us when the site is down and your original developer is long gone. When you are on Drupal 7 and need a real plan before the next security scare. When an upgrade stalled and nobody wants to touch it. Or when the site is slow and your host’s only answer is to sell you a bigger plan. If you have an in-house Drupal team and just need an extra pair of hands now and then, we can do that as well, per job rather than on a retainer.
Drupal sits in the application layer of what we do, next to WordPress and OpenCart support. When the real problem is the box underneath the site, our Linux server support covers PHP, Composer, and database work. And if you are switching hosts as part of an upgrade, we can run that migration end to end.
