We baseline your site on day one with Lighthouse and a week of CrUX field data we already have access to. We pick the twelve optimizations that move the needle for your site, not a generic checklist. We implement them across days two to four with you in staging. On day five we go live, run the after-report, and start the two-week watch window.

We monitor CrUX field data and Lighthouse weekly. If a new plugin or content change degrades performance, we flag it and fix it within the window.

The bundle is fixed at $690. There is no subscription attached. You pay once and you own the configuration. The cache plugin license (WP Rocket, if used) is yours to keep — we use your account or buy on your behalf with an invoice line item if you prefer.
If your hosting cannot support the work (shared hosting with no object cache, no PHP 8.x, no HTTP/2), we will tell you in the day-one audit and either scope a hosting migration as a separate pack or refund the deposit and not start.
