We manage, harden and migrate your cPanel server — and when you move, you move to the host you chose, not onto ours.
Search for cPanel help and nearly every commercial result is a hosting company offering a “free migration” — free because the catch is you have to move onto their hosting. The rest is documentation for the WHM Transfer Tool and Reddit threads from people stuck halfway through a move with no WHM access. We do the thing that’s missing: we manage the cPanel and WHM server you already have, fix it when it breaks, and migrate you to whatever host you actually want.
Whether you run one cPanel account or a WHM box full of them, the work falls into a few buckets. Most one-off jobs are quoted up front and done within a few business days.
Full account moves with the Transfer Tool or by hand when there's no WHM access on the source. Sites, databases, email and DNS — to the host you picked, with a cutover plan so mail doesn't bounce.
Account provisioning, package and resource limits, service tuning for Apache or LiteSpeed and MySQL, and clearing the disk-full and inode problems that take WHM servers down.
ModSecurity, cPHulk and firewall tuning, SSH lockdown, forcing TLS, and shutting the holes that get cPanel servers used for spam and mining.
White screens, failed restores, broken email, expired licenses, runaway load. We diagnose the actual cause instead of rebooting and hoping.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set right, reverse DNS and IP reputation sorted, so the mail your cPanel server sends lands in the inbox instead of spam.
The free cPanel migrations you see on the first page of Google are free because you have to host with the company doing them. That’s fine if their hosting suits you. If it doesn’t, you’ve traded a migration fee for a longer-term hosting bill. We charge for the migration and stay out of the hosting decision, so we’ll move you to a host that fits — see hosting and cloud support if you want help choosing one.
cPanel’s licensing has climbed for years, and on a single-site box it can cost more than the server. If you’re running one or two sites and paying per-account cPanel fees, CyberPanel or Plesk may be the cheaper home, and we’ll tell you when that’s the case rather than quietly keeping you on cPanel. If cPanel is right for you, we keep it running well.
Call us when a migration has to happen and you can’t afford downtime, when WHM is throwing errors nobody on the team can read, when your host’s support keeps closing tickets without fixing anything, or when the server’s been flagged for sending spam. We take the specific problem for a fixed price, or the whole server onto a monthly plan. You keep root, you keep the docs.
cPanel sits on top of a Linux server, so the groundwork is the same Linux server support we do everywhere. The next layers up are security hardening and restoration when a server’s been compromised. Weighing panels against each other? Compare with CyberPanel and Plesk.
