We pick the model for your traffic, language, and content sensitivity. GPT-4o-mini handles most retail and B2B sites for under $30/month in tokens. Claude Haiku is better for long-document Q&A. Self-hosted Llama 3.1 is the call when your content can't leave your servers.

Plugin and integration

WPBot, AI Engine, ChatBot, or a custom Botpress embed. The choice depends on whether you need WooCommerce hooks, multilingual switching, or admin-side tooling. We install the plugin, wire it to the model API, and lock the API key in the server environment, not a database row.

Knowledge and escalation

The bot needs to know what's on your site and what to do when it doesn't. We index your pages with embeddings, write 10-15 starter intents from your support inbox, and set the handoff rule: WhatsApp, email, or your CRM. The bot should know its limits.

If you want us watching the transcripts for a month and adding intents as we learn what people ask, that’s the $1,490 install-plus-tune tier. Most clients on this tier add 15-25 new intents in the first 30 days because real users ask things you didn’t predict.
