Server Automation

Workflow automation services, wired into your real stack

We build and maintain the automations that move data between your apps, server, and team — self-hosted or SaaS, at a price a small business can carry.

Plain-language scoping We map the process before we build

Search “workflow automation” and you get two kinds of result: enterprise RPA platforms priced for a Fortune 500 rollout, and listicles ranking thirty tools you still have to wire up yourself. Neither helps if what you actually want is for someone to build the thing and keep it running.

That’s the job we do. You tell us the manual process that’s eating your week — copying orders into a spreadsheet, chasing invoice approvals, re-keying form submissions into your CRM — and we build the flow that does it for you. We work in Zapier and Make when speed matters, and we self-host n8n on your own server when you’d rather not pay per-task SaaS fees forever. Then we stay on to fix it when an API changes, because automations break quietly and the first sign is usually a customer asking where their confirmation went.

What we automate

Five things we wire up most

These are the flows we get asked for week after week. If yours isn't here, describe it — most business processes reduce to a trigger, a few steps, and somewhere to put the result.

App-to-app data sync

Move records between the tools you already pay for — form to CRM, store order to spreadsheet, signup to email list — without anyone copying and pasting.

Self-hosted n8n on your server

Install and harden n8n on your VPS so your automations run on infrastructure you own, with no per-task fee and no data leaving your stack.

Scheduled jobs and reports

Cron-driven scripts that pull numbers, generate a report, and drop it in your inbox or Slack every morning before you're awake.

WordPress and OpenCart hooks

Tie your site's events to the rest of your stack: new order triggers fulfilment, new user triggers onboarding, low stock triggers a reorder email.

Webhook and API glue

When two systems don't talk natively, we write the small middleware that translates between them and keep it documented so it isn't a black box.

Self-hosted vs SaaS

Own the automation, not a subscription

Zapier and Make are quick to start and fine for low volume. But once you’re running thousands of tasks a month, the bill climbs and your logic lives on someone else’s platform. We’ll do the honest math with you: for steady, high-volume flows, self-hosted n8n on your own VPS usually pays for itself within months and keeps your data in-house. For occasional, low-volume work, the SaaS tier is cheaper than us setting up a server. We recommend whichever actually costs you less.

Maintenance is the real service

Building it is the easy part

Anyone can demo a working automation. The value is in the year after, when a vendor changes an API, a token expires, or a form adds a field and the whole flow silently stops. We monitor the automations we run, fix breakage fast, and tell you before you find out from a customer. That ongoing cover is the difference between automation that saves time and automation you stop trusting.

Services for Workflow & infrastructure automation

When to call us

When to hand it over

Do it yourself when it’s one simple Zap and you enjoy tinkering. Call us when the flow touches money or customers and can’t quietly fail, when you want it self-hosted to escape per-task pricing, when you’ve built something that keeps breaking and you’re tired of patching it, or when the process in your head is clear but you don’t have the hours to build it. We also pick up orphaned automations — someone set them up, then left — and document them so they’re maintainable again.

Where this fits

Where this fits in the stack

Automation sits in the server layer of what we do, and it leans on the rest of it. The flows we build often run on a box we also keep patched through our support retainers, and when an automation needs to react to website events we wire it into the platform directly — see WordPress support for the CMS side. If you’re adding AI steps like classification or drafting, that’s the AI integration work, and automation is how those models get their inputs and deliver their output. Tell us the process you want gone, and we’ll quote the build and the upkeep together.
