Rent the box wherever you want. We make it production-ready.
A fresh VPS is a root login and an empty Ubuntu. That’s it. No firewall worth the name, root logging in over SSH with a password, no backups, no panel, nothing watching it. Most guides walk you through the first ten commands and stop right before the parts that actually keep the server up. We do the whole onboarding: lock down access, stand up the web stack and a panel, wire backups and monitoring, and hand you a server you can put a real site on the same week.
The catch with most “managed VPS” offers is that they only manage the box you rent from them. We don’t sell hosting. Rent your VPS from Hetzner, DigitalOcean, OVH, AWS Lightsail, Contabo, wherever the price and region suit you, and we set it up. You keep the provider account and the root credentials. We just make the thing ready.
This is the setup a careful sysadmin does on day one, packaged at a fixed price so you don't have to do it yourself or pay by the hour to find out what you forgot.
This is for the founder who rented a $12 Hetzner box because it’s a third of the managed-hosting price, then opened the SSH window and closed it again. It’s for the agency standing up a new client server and wanting it hardened the same way every time. It’s for the developer who can write the app but doesn’t want to own firewall rules and backup cron jobs at 2am. If you’ve read a “production-ready VPS” tutorial and bailed at the firewall section, this is the job. For ongoing patching and break-fix after we hand it over, that’s our Linux server support work, billed separately.
Rented a cheap VPS, stalled at the SSH prompt.
Want every client server hardened the same way.
Can ship the code, don't want to own the server.
You give us SSH access to the fresh VPS and tell us what’s going on it: WordPress, a Node app, OpenCart, a mail server, whatever. We do the hardening and the stack on the live box (it has no traffic yet, so there’s nothing to break) and check each piece as we go. We test a backup restore before we call it done, because a backup you’ve never restored isn’t a backup. You get a handover doc with every credential and the steps to drop your first site on.
You share root or sudo SSH access; we confirm provider, OS, and what's being hosted.
Day 1Non-root user, SSH keys, firewall, fail2ban, automatic security updates.
Day 1-2Panel, web server, PHP, database, and cache installed and configured.
Day 2-3Off-server backups with a tested restore, alerts wired, doc delivered.
Day 3-4Onboarding starts at $390 for a single VPS with our default CyberPanel stack. cPanel or Plesk licensing, a mail server, or a multi-site setup adds to that, and we quote it after we know the spec. One payment, no retainer. If you want us watching the server and applying patches afterward, that’s a monthly support plan you can add or skip.
This is the first-week version of our Linux server support, packaged so you know the price before we touch the box. We default to CyberPanel because it gives you LiteSpeed, LSCache, and a backup UI without the cPanel license cost, the same stack we run our own sites on. Once the server is live, a server hardening review is worth it before you point production DNS at it, and our hosting support plans cover the patching and monitoring afterward.
Send us the context — the bundle scope, your stack, any complications. We'll come back with a confirmation or a few clarifying questions.
