The Pro retainer is for a WordPress site that actually matters to the business: a store taking orders, a lead-generating site, a membership or booking system that cannot sit broken for a day. It is the plan we put our own higher-traffic clients on.
You get everything in the Starter plan, run more carefully, plus two hours of hands-on WordPress work every month and a same-business-day response when something breaks. Updates are tested on a staging copy before they touch the live site, because on a busy WooCommerce store a bad plugin update is lost sales, not just an annoyance.
It is still a flat monthly fee. No per-incident charges, no long lock-in. If a month is quiet, you are not billed extra; if a month is busy, you are not nickel-and-dimed for every small fix inside your hours.

This fits a WooCommerce store, a booking or membership site, or any WordPress site where downtime costs real money or real reputation. If a broken checkout for half a day would hurt, you want the faster response and the staging-tested updates that come with Pro.
It is not a full development retainer. If you need ongoing new features, a redesign, or many hours of build work each month, we scope that as a separate project rather than pretend it fits inside a care plan. And if your site is small and rarely changes, the Starter plan will serve you for a third of the price.

We send a monthly report and sit down with you every quarter to plan the bigger items. Anything beyond your hours is quoted first, never billed by surprise.

Monthly / QuarterlyThe Pro retainer is $290 a month for a single WordPress site, including two hours of hands-on work. A standard WooCommerce store fits this tier. Very large stores, multisite, or sites needing more than a couple of hours a month sit higher, and we quote those after a look at the site. Smaller sites that do not need this much should take the Starter plan at $90 instead.
Pro is the heavier tier of our website maintenance and support retainers, tuned for WordPress support specifically. Need a one-time speed overhaul rather than ongoing care? That is the WordPress Performance Pack. Running something simpler that just needs patching and backups? The Starter plan covers it.
